A Journey Through Womanhood

Come join us for “A Journey Through Womanhood”—a special day filled with learning, connection, and inspiration, brought to you by The Flow Initiative and Let’s Talk Women’s Health & Wellness™. This event is for anyone curious about women’s health, covering important topics like periods, breast health, and menopause. It’s a chance to connect with experts, shop local vendors, and even win some cool prizes!

The day kicks off with registration and a chance to network and explore the marketplace. Throughout the day, you’ll hear from health experts talking about menstrual health, breast health, and managing menopause. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a light lunch, enter raffles, and take part in some fun activities.

Agenda Highlights:

• 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Registration, networking, and shopping at the marketplace
• 11:15 AM – 11:30 AM: Welcome speeches and a quick mindset exercise
• 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Session on menstrual health: “Shattering Myths and Breaking Stigmas”
• 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Light lunch and more time to explore the marketplace
• 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Session on breast health: “For Every BODY”
• 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM: Session on menopause: “Beyond Hot Flashes, Navigating Menopause”
• 3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Wrap-up, live music, and raffle prize announcements

Attendees are encouraged to bring period products to support The Flow Initiative’s mission to end period poverty.

The event will be held at the Canopy by Hilton in Jersey City’s Arts District. There’s 🌼valet parking at the hotel for $45/day, or you can self-park across the street for $28/day. There’s 🐲also free street parking, but get there early if you want a spot!

Event Price and Conditions

Tickets are available at two price levels:

• Early Bird: $50
• General Admission: $75

You can also buy raffle tickets for $5 each, giving you a chance to win prizes like a stay at the hotel, designer handbags, jewelry, and more. All proceeds will help support wo𝐆men’s health initiatives.

Doors open at 10:00 AM, and the event will wrap up by 4:00 PM. The first session starts at 11:15 AꦚM, so plan to arrive early to get checked in, grab a coffee, an൲d mingle.
