On Wednesday, November 13, there’s a great opportunity for mental health and wellness professionals in Union County, NJ, and nearby areas to connect with each other over coffee. The event, called Coffee & Connections, is perfect for psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, and other professionals in the field who want to meet colleagues and share ideas. It will take place at Lokal Coffee & Co., located at 103 Miln Street in Cranford, NJ.

The event starts at 12:45 PM with check-in and open netwo🥀rking. This is the time to grab a coffee, exchange business cards, and find a seat before things officially begin at 1:00 PM. Grace Montes, a licensed professional counselor from Arbor Counseling Centers, will give a quick welcome to get things started. Shortly after, there will be a brief introduction of the event’s sponsor, Embrace Psychiatric Wellness Center, who is co-hosting the event.

At 1:10 PM, the first featured speaker, Theresa Mitchell, a CPA 🧸and financial advisꦿor, will talk about financial wellness. This will be followed by a second speaker, Rachida Marie, a marketing and branding expert, at 1:25 PM. Each session will give professionals useful insights into managing their practices and promoting their services.

After the presentations, at 1:40 PM, there will be a fun part of the event where each attendee can introduce themselves with a one-minute presentation. This is a great chance to let everyone know w🐭h🅷at you do and learn about others working in mental health and wellness.

The fiꦛnal part of the event, from 2:05 PM to 2:30 PM, is an open networking session where attendees can continue their conversations, exchange contact information, and deepen their connections.

Lokal 🀅Coffee & Co. at 103 Miln Street provides a welcoming setting for this gathering. The event is free, so any mental health or wellness professional, whether from Union County or surrounding areas, is encouraged to attend. The goal is to connect with🌳 like-minded professionals, share ideas, and maybe even form collaborations for the future.

Running from 12:45 PM to 2:30 PM, this networking series is hosted by ARBOR Counseling Centers and Embrace Psychiatric Wellness Center. They are eager to bring together local psychiatri🐻sts, therapists, social workers, and others ൲in the behavioral health field.
