The Englewood Family Wellness Weekend is a two-day event designed for all ages, presented by the Englewood Department of Health and the Hadnott Foundation. Taking place on October 5th and 6th, this event is packed with health, wellness, and cultural activities. The community is invited to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Hispanic Herita🧸ge Month with a variet🌸y of free screenings, performances, and fun activities for the whole family.
Event Details
The weekend will feature health and wellness providers, local vendors, and a variety of food trucks. Attendees can enjoy free health screenings, including flu vaccines and breast cancer services, along with a Wellness Coach’s Corner and a mobile screening van. The event also offers massages, self-care products, group yoga, and mental health resources. Kids can participate in fun activities like face painting and dou🏅ble dutch. In addition, there will be a special celebration honoring Breast Cancer Survivors and Warriors, providing support for women at every step of their journey.
The event also celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with live performances from bands like Rey u Sus Eligago and Mensaje De Oro, along with a live salsa b🔴and and a cooking demo by @shirvanfamilylivewell.center. Guests can indulge in delicious Latin cuisine from the best food trucks in Bergen County.
Event Location
The event will be held at Veterans Memorial Park, previously known as Depot Square Park, located in Englewood, NJ. Free parking will be𒁃 available at the v🍒enue.
Event Price and Conditions
The event is free to attend, with no tickets required. However, attendees are encouraged to sign up in advance for health screenings. Non-profit and health vendors can participate for free, while retail vendors are asked for a🌌 $25 donation to support this community initiative. Donations made to the Ha💙dnott Foundation are tax-deductible.

The Englewood Family Wellness Weওekend will run from Saturday, October 5th at 1 p.m. to Sunday, 🍬October 6th, ending at 5 p.m. Both days will offer a variety of activities, so attendees can stop by anytime during the event hours.
