The driver responsible for the accident💯, Michael Hurley, was indicted by a grand jury.
He faces m🐻ultiple charges, including one count of murder, two counts of first-degree assault, one count of fourth-degree assault, and one count of operating a motor vehic🌱le under the influence.
At the♓ time of the crash, Hurley was on probation for drug-related charges and admitted t🔴o taking hydrocodone before driving.
